The house impresses with its technical equipment. In addition to the solar system, the lift and the modern heating system , there is a water decalcification system and an emergency power generator (55 hp/3-phase electricity) on the property. In order for the house to be barrier-free, door thresholds were completely dispensed with. All windows are made of safety glass, the alarm system is modern. All metal roller shutters work electrically. A lighting system was installed around the entire house, which reacts to movements.
